Pls ask the maintenance team to check all the lock for the bathroom...the lock cannot open at 9pm and the maintenance team has to come up to the room to break the lock to change new lock....and the TV has limited channels... otherwise the staffs are good and the room is clean...

An outstanding aspect of this establishment is its exceptional location, coupled with the proximity and convenience of the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system. Furthermore, the presence of a 7-Eleven store directly opposite the hotel, along with an array of excellent dining options in close proximity, adds to the convenience and overall appeal. The breakfast provided is not only delectable but also complements the hotel's advantageous location, which includes the provision of a parking facility for vehicles. The commendable service rendered by the staff further enhances the guest experience. Notably, the General Manager exemplifies professionalism, displaying a high degree of thoughtfulness and helpfulness, which significantly contributed to the enjoyment of my stay in Bangkok. In light of the aforementioned attributes, I am deeply appreciative of the efforts made to ensure a memorable visit. Consequently, I anticipate returning to this establishment in the future, based on the consistently exceptional experiences it offers. One noteworthy aspect of my stay was the quality of the pool in the building. However, I encountered an issue upon arrival – there was persistent noise from a machine in the building throughout the night, causing the floor to shake. Unfortunately, there were no available rooms to change to that night. Thankfully, the situation improved the following morning when I was able to switch to a different floor, resulting in a more comfortable experience. I intend to revisit Stay Bangkok on my next trip to Bangkok.

My partner and I traveled from Manila to Singapore then to Bangkok and stayed in this magnificent hotel in Ratchadaphisek for 4 nights. Stay Hotel BKK is the best place I stayed in BKK since this is the 5th time I visited the city. We were welcomed by bellman, Ohm, then checked in by Ice. Breakfast buffet was great and Joy's service was also fantastic! They are all very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and spacious. The Housekeeping Staff on the 6th floor is very polite and always greets us with a big smile. Nude Bar is located in the ground floor, their bartenders (I forgot their names) are also very efficient! We met a Hungarian guest the first night and shared some drinks in their al fresco. We also found a new friend in this bar and he is from Singapore. He loves the hotel too, this is his most favorite place to stay in BKK. Our favorite lady in this hotel is Perfume from the Front Desk. She speaks English very well, very helpful and always polite. She is surely an asset to the hotel. We will definitely come back soon and will book this hotel again. This is highly recommended. More power to the Stay Hotel BKK! Khop Khun khap.

We liked the hotel itself very much. For being near such a busy area, it was rather quiet. The bed was comfortable, everything in the room worked, and we liked the convenient location. I would have given five stars if it weren't for the concierge downstairs. We asked for a taxi to the airport and it was a fixed rate which was 3 times the typical metered rate. If you need transport, use grab or hail one on the street so you don't get screwed.

Stayed here for 4 days the food was amazing staff very friendly and the rooms are very clean there’s also nice little restaurant facing the hotel what we went to a couple of times. There also a shopping centre about a ten minute walk so not to far from everything that’s going on.
